Another suggestion: To keep new users coming, add a link under each post "discuss this post in the forum" :)

I love that idea, Gerto! I'm seriously considering implementing it. Thanks so much!

Why are some of us suddenly being tagged as "Junior Zen Habitants"? What does that mean?

How about adding some sort of feature (please, not an emoticon!) in the Challenge thread where you can ask for a kick in the butt and others can give you one - something like in the social networking sites where you can "poke" someone. Maybe it would be a way to send a kick to your email or something.

-"Balfour"

Usually it's a progressive forum title. Sometimes people have "Moderator" if they have a specific purpose on the forum. After a certain amount of posts your title will change.

For example, a forum might have "I'm new here" on your first post, when you make your second post it changes to "forum user". Then when you hit 100 posts it swaps to "Regular" and so on. I believe Leo is making an announcement soon so say tuned :)

Hello Leo and all

I discovered your blog and this forum couple days ago and since then, life is different!
Thank you so much!!!

Have a question that I can't seem to find an answer here: How to report in daily check-in threads? I posted my Oct challenge, if I just go under the topic and hit reply, does that turn the topic to "check-in threads"? Or is there a specific place to go to?

Thank you for advise

Glad you like the forum, Simple, and thanks for participating!

In the October Challenge forum, there is usually a daily check-in thread for each day ... just go to that thread, and hit the Post Reply button to add your report to the thread. If there isn't a thread yet for today's date, you can start a new thread, but be sure there isn't already one. Good luck!

Thank you so much Leo!

I am just so excited to discover your blog, and this great forum. I enjoy reading zen, transformation and David Allen for years, but just never realized that we can actually put them together. What you initiated is truely remarkable! I used to get so overwhelmed by my never ending to do list (being a perfectionist helps), and it's not hard to imagine what big a relief it is for me to learn about 3 MITs...

I don't need to feel bad about not being able to tackle all to-dos any more. It's great to partner up with everyone here in Forum. Many thanks!

I received a Private Message a few days ago and attempted to reply. I haven't heard anything else, and when I went to check my sent messages (in the Sentbox), it wasn't there. I found it in the Outbox.

I wasn't sure if it had been sent, so I sent it again. Now I have two messages in the Outbox and none in the Sentbox. I decided to move all the messages to the Savebox, and the originally message was easy to move. The two replied in the Outbox will not move. I click on the Mark boxes and then on Save Marked, but nothing happens.

I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, but help/advice will be greatly appreciated!

Great suggestions! More smilies and avatars are on the way ... give me a day or two.

What size would you suggest for avatars?

As for more forums, I'd like to stick with a small number and then expand slowly. I don't want a bunch of dead forums. :) But those are great suggestions and will probably be implemented in the coming weeks.

Thanks, WonderRandy.

Just a late reply on this particular thread and suggestion:

Most sites allow 100 x 100 pixels up to 150 x 150 pixels. It is a reasonable size without being tiny nor huge.
