Goal: daily exercise.
Report: I didn't exercise yesterday as my body was sore and exhausted from a tough few days of exercise ... I decided I needed a rest or I would be risking injury or burnout.
However, I ran for 40 minutes today, and I feel good!

Goal: Bike to work (and back)
Log entry: Not possible because I had to bring the scooter to the garage to have it fixed, and I want to take it easy on my knee which hurts from the accident yesterday. 6-for-13 (46%)
Watchlist: Get up early (5:15 am)
Log entry: Late start today again, but the rest was good for my knee - it already feels a lot better. 33-for-48 (69%)

goal: doing some exercises for the back every day
This morning I didn't feel like doing them but than again my back felt bad so I just had to do them.

I am coming into July 20 with {17 of 19 for July}.
Promise:
#1 Fitness: Row 300 strokes, 3m pushing, 3m alt pushing, 5 leg lifts
#2 Get out: 45 minutes yard work if it doesn't rain and the lawn is dry enough for weeding and edging. Blend in continued cleaning up my office space for use as a guest room and also to make an inviting work area.
Promise:

Goal 2 - 10 minutes decluttering
Goal 3 - 10 minutes housework
I've done my morning routine so that's 7 for 9

Feeling really positive. Especially with the morning routine which I am getting through without having to check the list. I am checking before I post just to make sure I don't miss anything like on Saturday last week when I was just one thing off from completing my routine.
I am going to make a concerted effort to make sure I do these three things on Saturday and Sunday as they don't take very long and I feel so chuffed when I've achieved them.

Today I went swimming. The practice was longer than usual, and I didn't finish everything, but I did 2600 meters.

Started with Wild Horses by the Stones. Improvised fills as I went along. Practiced scales. Went back to first assignment and worked on exercise 2. Finished with Brown Eyed Girl. Began learning the opening riff.

Result: Slept about 9! Was really exhausted and was asleep before 8:30 Thursday night.
Goal 2: Lose 1#/wk through calorie max of 1600 cal/day.
Result: Out of control. 2413 total (2788 food less 375 exercise). Had an almost 12 hour, stressful day at work, didn't get to gym, didn't take a proper break at lunch, didn't realize how late I would work (I had the fantasy that I might leave early or telework for the rest of the day, being Friday, but noooo).
Weekly weigh-in: Weight was UP half a pound since last week. I'm still down 4 pounds since I started, or 20% of my goal of losing 20 pounds. Hope springs eternal in the human heart.
