goal: doing some exercises for the back every day
I skipped some exercises because it is so hot and exhausting.
But it will count anyway. 8)

Goal: Sleep 8 or wake up naturally and refreshed.
Result: It's Saturday, so woke up naturally. Not sure how many hours - I think at least 8.
Need to work diligently on my other goal of no more than 1600 calories today, since I actually gained half a pound this week. I'm planning to put together a checkin with myself for midafternoon when I can start getting in trouble and a strategy to save the day when I start slipping into disaster and then despair.

I will do #2 indoors. The yard is wet and we expect more showers.

I've done my morning routine so that's 8 for 10
I haven't done this as yet so 6 for 10

#2 is now complete. The setting aside of 45 minutes each day for outdoor work or indoor clean-up beyond the day-to-day maintenance is producing great results for my sense of well-being and accomplishment.

Started with an arpeggiated pattern I made up built around Am and C chords
Went to practicing minor pentatonic scales
Learned Chords to Long May You Run by the great Neil Young
Learned two new chords (Bb and A/D) as well as the action he does with Bb at the end of each chorus
Went back to scales at the end
