I come into July 28 with {24 for 27 in July}.

Promise:

#1 Fitness: Row 300 strokes, 3minutes pushing, 3m alt pushing, 6 leg lifts

#2 Get out: 45 minutes yard work - Complete the South Side of the house, scythe, and mow

Goal: sleep 8.
Result: woke up naturally after at least 8 hours.

Will do my morning routine, but first I'm listening on the internet to my favorite radio show, Calling All Pets, and cleaning up my desk and emails.

#1 is complete (while listening to tracks from Pink Floyd's "On the Turning Away."

It is a grey morning and good for getting the yard work done early before the overcast burns off and it gets hotter.

Read books at least 1/2 an hour a day: 28/28

@Leo: As the end of the month is near, one question rose in my head: do you have a plan what to do with the old challenges? After some months, it may get disorganized with a bunch of challenge-forums in the forum overview :)
Just a shoot from the hip: what would you think about a forum "Past challenges" or so where the old challenge forums could be moved to as subforums? This way, we could keep both the old challenges and clearness.
Sorry if this was pointed out already, I didn't have enough time to check it...

my reward, the dvd with the exercises came today :)

My goal was to continue exercising every day and to get to bed by 1 a.m. and up by 9 a.m.
Today I took a walk first thing but I did not manage to get to bed on time last night and was up late again this morning.
Will try to get to bed early tonight.

Goal 1 - to do morning routine
Goal 2 - 10 minutes decluttering
Goal 3 - 10 minutes housework

I've done my morning routine so that's 15 for 17
I did this today so that's 11 for 17
I haven't done this today so that's 13 for 17

Managed to sort through some games. I've listed some for sale on Amazon and Play so hopefully they will get a new home soon and I will have got rid of more items

#2 is complete. I did some web site work in the morning while I was fresh, and moved #2 to the end of the day after all of my errands were complete. The South Side next to the house is now complete on both sides and it needs a brief mowing just to get rid of some of the uneven-ness.

2. TV for 1-2 hours - watched for less than 2 hours today
3. checking my emails for 3 times a day - i read it three times

25/28 going good towards the end of the month

Goal: lose 1#/wk through calorie max of 1600/day.
Result: 2505 (2955 food less 450 exercise).

I'm changing my calorie goal back to 1700/day.

Mat, that's an excellent idea. I don't think I'll need to do it until September, when we'll have two past challenges, but thanks for the suggestion.

Log entry: N/A because of the weekend. Went for a walk with the kids today. 6-for-18 (33%)

Watchlist: Get up early (5:15 am)
Log entry: Shifting my waking time gradually backwards is working, but I'm not there yet. 33-for-56 (59%)
