It is overcast and cool today, but it should still be pleasant for the hours photo-walking at the zoo.

Goal: exercise daily

Report: I skipped Saturday because I was feeling a little under the weather. But Sunday I got a lot of exercise at the waterpark -- all day swimming! My body was exhausted.

2. read the book "your money or your life " - didn't read the book today
3. watch tv for 1-2 hours - watched it today for about 2 hrs.

Principles applied: Arranging, playing by ear, building solos around the melody and chord structures.

#2 is complete. I dressed a little too warm, because the sun broke out by the time we got to the zoo. It was nice for when we returned home in the cool of the evening, though.

Goal: exercise 30 minutes every day

This post is for two days. On Saturday I lifted weights. On Sunday, I missed a day because we had guests who arrived about the time we got our clothes on and didn't leave until 11 pm. That makes it 28/29 for me.
