How well did you stay on track in week 2 (August 8th-August 14th)?

I'm counting 100%, because I plan to skip one day. It would be tough to get it done on Tuesday and since it is a physical activity, I figure 1 day off a week is good.

I haven't had much in the way of goals this month as I've been very busy. Although I have caught up slightly on my study and got 2 major assessments passed in. Now I've got 5 more to get cracking on.
I did make it for my walk today, it's beautiful outside.
