Goal: Wake up at 5:00
Done! I'm still on a full score, 19 for 19. I am going to adjust my schedule a little bit. I originally planned to change to waking at 4:30 starting tomorrow, but I'll stick to 5:00 for another week. 4:30 might be step to far.

I am coming into August 19 with {17 of 18 for August}.
#1 Fitness: no exercise today while regaining my stamina after blood donation. Exercise resumes on August 20.
#2 Get out: Possible light work outdoors, nothing strenous. I think a good walk to the public library will do it.
#3 Organization: Keep in box at 0, return feed articles held for followup to 0, and continue on flattening my GTD lists.

I allowed myself to sleep in today, as a reward for finishing editing my story yesterday. Always feels good to finish a project. Now for the next one! Anyway, I was having some good dreams and when you like to write then dreams count as work. :wink:
Exercised as planned today and yesterday. Now have to do ironing (I really hate ironing) and hope I can make myself go to bed by 23:30.

My goal is to get to bed at 10 and to exercise for at least 30 minutes each day, including some strength and flexibility training. So far so good this weekend. Got to bed on time last night, and I've walked yesterday and today which is fine because I try to take it a little easier exercise-wise on the weekends.

#2 complete - I did walk to the library - it had rained ealier but my walk was dry
#3 complete - I am at 0 and 0 for in box and blog feeds backlog. I am going to start on a new organization project.
