I'm coming in for August 21.
Goal: Wake up at 5:00.
Done. Three full weeks up early already. I'm beginning to think the stories about evening people or night owls are myths. It's about what you choose to be I guess.

I'm coming into August 21 with {19 of 20 for August}.
Promise:
#1 Fitness: 300 strokes, row machine, 3 minutes pushing, 3 m alt. pushing, 8 leg lifts.
#2 Get out: Finish preparations of office and then pick up my son at the airport (rescheduled)
#3 Organization: Reduce my stack of bills and receipts, then work on reducing the stack of papers on my desk corner

Ugh, I've definitely got a cold, I'm all stuffed up. :cry:
So I missed my exercise last night, though did get to bed early!
Got up on time today. I'll see how I feel later re: the exercise. Heck, even ten minutes of Step Aerobics will at least keep me moving.

#1 is complete. I noticed that my level of energy has increased after waiting since I gave blood on Friday. In 3 minutes of pushing, I got in 130 pushes (my measure is 100), and in 3 minutes of alternate pushes I got in 210 (my measure is 200). I'm going to wait on increasing the number of leg lifts though, although I am getting pretty consistent at 8.
I notice that for #2-#3 that I don't have the easy structure that I started with, and I slime out of putting in specific measures. (#2 is an hour and #3 is an hour). I also forget what I said I would do, so I am putting those promises in my Day-Timer each night when I make promises for the next day. I am starting that tonight.

My goal is to get to bed at 10 and to exercise every day for at least 30 minutes, including some strength and flexibility.
Well.....I blew it on both counts today. Aack. Don't even really know why except that I was tired from not getting to bed on time and somehow got busy and never made it out the door to exercise.
Will do better tomorrow.
