Checking in for August 25.

Goal: Wake up at 5:00
Done. Yesterday I was pretty tired as I had an intense workshop all day, so I was in bed fairly early. Got up easy.

I come into August 25 with {22 of 24 for the month}.

Promise:

#1 Fitness: 300 rowing-machine strokes, 3 minutes pushing, 3m alternate pushing, 8 leg lifts.

#2 Get out: 45 minutes yard work clearing the parking strips and pruning/edging in the front yard.

#3 Organization: 60 minutes on final account clean-up and then reducing the stack of papers on my desk.

Did not execute today... My momentum is down the last few days. Not sure if I'm self-sabotaging or why I would be, but I've been feeling it creeping up the last 3 to 4 days.

Aack! Missed my bedtime goal again last night and really paid for it this morning. This is the hardest challenge yet....I don't know why.
I did well on my exercise challenge and got out for a 40 minute walk, which was pretty good considering it's just blazing hot here today.

#1 is complete.

I am modifying #2. Rain is in the forecast so I can't do what I intended in the yard until there are two or more days of sunshine in the forecast. Instead, I will work indoors removing the window coverings from the dining room window and prepare for installation of the vertical blinds that have arrived. Whoa: It started to shower as I typed this!

#2 is complete. I went ahead and completely installed the vertical blinds in the dining room window. We are very happy with how that worked and will do the living room windows next weekend, the US Labor Day Holiday.

#3 is not done. I ran out of time doing other things.

I am now {22 for 25 in August}.
