Goal: Wake up at 5:00
Didn't make it. I woke up at 5:45, can't even remember the alarm clock going off. That sucks. Anyway, 5:45 is not that bad, but I won't count it. 25 out of 28 now.

I've had a week off work and decided to not keep up my routines through this time. I'm back to work today so I'm coming in at

Woke up a bit late this morning, but I'm determined to get back to routine, including getting plenty of sleep.

I've just started the first draft of one of my writing projects, so a good routine, with plenty of sleep, should help me keep up the momentum on that and get the 1000 words a day target I've set myself.

Targets for today:
Exercise
1000 words on first draft
Bed at 23:00

#1 Fitness: Yoga Zone practice 2

#2 Get out: 45 minutes yard work with weeding of the parking strips

#3 Organization: 60 minutes organizing medical accounts and then diminishing that stack of papers on my desk.

I think I’ll be closing out the month strong. I’ve begun setting my clock for 5:45. My mornings have become a completely different experience.

And I actually finished a short story. Well, I need to clean it up a bit but it’s done. I should have two for the month but I’m just getting the hang of all this so I’m happy to have one for now.

A good day for me today. Got to bed on time last night and got up this morning and did some core yoga and took a half hour walk....so all my goals for today were met.

A good day for me today. Solid 4 hours on packing, and 1.5 hrs on paperwork/address changes/wardrobe.
{2/3} going into Wednesday.

I'm also working on getting up earlier, a goal i've failed at miserably for six months. Got up 2 hours earlier
today (7am), thanks for the inspiration! By the end of next month, I want to get that to 5:30 consistently,
and move my late afternoon/evening workout to the AM hours. For years I did that, and it feels great
(once you're awake:). Hard to get back on the habit once you fall off the horse though, sometimes.

not doing well but not down for the count either
i got sick friday and the goals just fell away
hope to be back on track by tommorrow.
