No trouble waking up today.

Goal: Wake up at 5:00
Did it, and easily again. Had some setbacks the last couple of days, but it doesn't feel as if I'm slipping. Total of 26 out of 29 now. Only two days of challenge to go, after that it's a habit :)

Coming into today, I am {25 for 28 in August}.

Promises:

#1 Fitness: Row 300 strokes, push 3 minutes, alt. push 3m, 8 leg lifts

#2 Get out: 45 minutes finishing up the front parking and starting on the side parking

#3 Organize: finish the medical materials and get into the stack on the desk

Ugh I totally fail at the August challenge. I was mostly only failing on one thing until I got a cold and then it just all fell apart.

Okay, the last few days of the month I will concentrate on doing my 1000 words a day target on my current draft, and try - try - to get to bed before midnight, and preferably before 23:30.

Then I assume there's going to be a September challenge? If not on here there will be one in my house! :)

Broke a -4 chain today. So that feels good. I feel much better energy today than I have in almost a week. It's actually been a difficult 5 days in that I've just been in avoidance mode--hate that. :/

Hi there,
A mixed bag today....once again I stayed up too late...and ouch! I am so paying the price for that today. But I did get my daily exercise in -45 minutes of jogging/walking and some runner's yoga. Pretty good considering how tired I am. Oh, well...tonight I'll try again.

Did it!

Today I had some Chai Tea. I told my co-worker that I had T'ai Chi. Never realized those two things sounded so much alike. :D

I am now {26 for 29 in August}.

I would feel jammed up and that would dissipate when I got to work on the next thing there was to do in my daily work and on my promise.

Another good productive day today, 4 hours on final pack for the move, and 1 hour
changing addresses. Going into Thursday (move day) 3/4.

I wonder if it is possible to exhibit T'ai Chi while drinking Chai Tea...? :)

HI everyone. I haven't been posting regularly but I can correct that now

3 goals:

Play Guitar daily
Affirmations am pm in the mirror
Do something related to financial Retirement planning daily

All three done.

Come the september challenge I will follow Leo's advice and focus on one thing for a month!
