Promise:

#1 Fitness: Yoga Hip-Opening Basics practice.

#2 Get out: 45 minutes more yard work at the corner and then down the side parking strip.

#3 Organize: 60 minutes, make dentist appointment and then reduce the stack of papers on the corner of my desk.

thursday: MOVING DAY today. All packed; my general plan is to wake up at 6:00am
ready to tear the a__ off of a bear, as they say in the military:) And to enlist 3 good
helpers. Goal: back up & running, on the internet, fully setup etc. by sometime Friday.
After that, on to the September challenge with some new goals.

Today's Comment
Feeling good this morning. It's one of those days where I awoke over an hour before the alarm went off, and got my stuff started. However, I wait before allowing myself to get in the shower because I must be physically in there AT a specific time, not BY a specific time. It's cool.. makes me feel like I'm playing with "house money" until shower time.

#1 is complete. A little tedious and I had to be careful of back twinges. I'm determined to get past that point and work on what really matters - stretching my hamstrings, which are ultra-tight.

#2 repromise: I had to take our smallest cat to the veterinary because she has lost her appetite. I'll know test results tomorrow. Meanwhile, that hour chewed up my Get out activity. I will now complete #2 by doing shopping errands and not working in the yard.

#3 will be done as originally promised.

Got up at 6:00, got moved by 11:30, online by 3pm and now getting things setup.
No paperwork today, but will give myself a pass on that. So {4/5} going into
the last day of the month. Working out goals for the September challenge,
and experimenting with Gmail-based gtd, per blog'd white paper by Bryan
over at spaceagewasteland.

I did not do the workout. I wasn't feeling so great. I had been prepared at the end of the month to say that I had gone from 3 migraines per month down to ZERO. But yesterday I got one. Do not feel sad for me, because I take Amerge which gets rid of the migraine. However, it makes me feel like a limp rag after a few hours. So, that's my excuse for this one. LOL :)
