I come into this day at {11 of 12 for September}.

Promise:

#1 Fitness: Yoga Zone beginner practice no. 1

#2 Get out: 45 minutes in yard, either mow or work on weeding and edging the North parking strip

#3 Organize: I have to get my unread blog articles down to 0 again after updating accounts

Sleep 8: Insomnia! But, would have only had 7.5 hours if I had slept through. (0/2)
Work at 8: 8:35 - big improvement already over yesterday's 9:03. (0/2)

Did morning routine. Thinking about what to put on my evening routine to begin next month. :)

#1 is complete. I noticed, today, the difference from the Hip Opening Series 1 that I started on Tuesday. I am also seeing that my hamstrings are slowly stretching out, although I have a long way to go be be fully flexible. It is rewarding to experience the progress I have made. It helps my resolve to continue.

I will mow the lawn today. I am also down to 54 blog articles marked for follow-up. I am not sure that I can get to 0 today, but I will by Saturday, when new arrivals will have decreased.

Had a good solid productive day on my project, but not as high-energy or
as many hours available today. I'm {10:13} going into Friday Sept 14.
