#1 Fitness: Yoga Zone beginner practice 2
#2 Get out: Another 45 minutes weeding and edging the North parking strip.
#3 Organize: Get the backlog of unprocessed follow-ups on RSS feed articles down another 15, to 20 or less.

Been gone a few days on business but I have more or less kept up with my bedtime goal. Now the real trick is keeping the momentum on the weekend. Good luck all!

I had an excellent 'burst day' of 6 hard-working hours today, getting 80% of my inbox
queue (big stack of detail work, bills, follow-up, etc) processed and finished. Sold two
desks, and listed several other surplus items for sale online.
I also pared down my Outlook address book from 600+ contacts to 150.
I'm finding that nowadays, with it being so easy to Google a phone# online,
I don't need to enter many of the routine #'s that I used to try to keep track of;
mostly only things I'd need on the go when I'm not online.
Anyway congrat's to everyone for keeping up progress into the weekend. I'm {11:15}
myself, going into Sunday. I'm looking for two more "push days" Sun/Mon. That could
get my project near the finish line later this week, with some luck.

Haven't had much time for checking in, but I have been stretching every day and even practicing my dance routines a bit more.
I also set myself a mental goal last week of swimming 1k. I did 1300m this morning.
