I come into this day at {16 of 17 for September}.
Promise:
#1 Fitness: row 300 strokes, push oars 3 minutes, alternate-arm pushing 3 minutes, 8 leg lifts
#2 Get out: If it is still wet, do another 45 minutes of household clean-up and junk removal. Otherwise weed and edge North parking strip.
#3 Organize: Keep feeds to 0, work 60 minutes reducing stack of papers on the corner of my desk.

Put in contact lenses every day: Yesterday I didn't to it due to bad time management. Until lunch I was busy working, in the afternoon I wasn't at home. After dinner, I thought I am too tired and would need to put it out soon again. Thinking about it today, I should have done it nonetheless.
This morning (just some minutes ago), I tried it again and it worked pretty well - 10 minutes again although I had to fish out the left lense one time from the side of my eye.
Until now, it's not really that comfortable and I get the feeling that the right lense hasn't the right dioptre or so - will have to check this with the optician sometime.
I'm at 3-for-6 now.

Challenge:
1. Get up early around 6:00 or so and meditate for at least 10 minutes
2. Make and use a hipster PDA as a capture device (the ones the school gives us are to big for a pocket)
I got up at 2:30 thinking it was 6:00. When I looked back at the clock I went back to sleep. I pretty much woke up every hour after. When I finally woke up at 5 I just rolled over. I finally got out of bed at 6:30. Also my capture device is ready and sitting on my desk, but at the moment its using a paperclip to hold it together and its falling apart. So I don't think I am going to bring it in today.

Once again, my schedule has been thrown off by the cold mornings that make it positively dreadful to get out of bed. So this has thrown off my morning mediation and stretch/workout.
Must get up extra early to heat the house first.

Sleep 8: nope.
Work at 8: nope - but almost 40 minutes earlier than yesterday - got in today at 9.
It's hard to get refocused on these prior challenges - there's always so many competing priorities.

I've really gotten out of the habit of posting every day - which is bad because I need the reinforcement of doing this to keep up my challenge. So I'm going to try to do better on that front. I did, however, get to bed on time last night so that wasn't soooo bad. Didn't sleep though!

Got up at 6:45 and out of bed at 7:25.
Did the same thing as yesterday. :roll: Went to bed early at 11 but couldnt get to sleep till 1.
So, slept for about 6 hours.
Hope im resetting the biological clock though.

#1, #2, and #3 are complete. I had a two-hour buddy call and I swapped that for the reduction of the stack on my desk.
I am now at {17 of 18 for September}.
