#1 is complete. I learned where I had degraded in this practice by dropping it out. I am going to put it back in along with Hip Opening Series 1 and Yoga Zone beginner routine 1. After I have this sequence under my belt, I will preview the other routines that provide healthy back practices.

I am time boxing in my day-timer right now to put #2 and #3 into specific places in time. My unread blog-feed articles bounced to 363 over the past two days, and I have dropped it to 73. I'm not expecting to get to 0 in one leap.

Did it. Got up an hour later and changed the order of things. That seems to be an ok thing for the weekend.

Hi all,
I'm running around getting ready to leave town so I didn't quite make it to bed on time last night...oh well. I will be on vacation and with no internet access for the next week but I will try to keep the challenge up. Good luck to all in the home stretch.

Goal: At least 15 min. of professional work a day.

I've been bad about my daily check-in, but I've been doing rather well with my challenge. I track it on Joe's Goals and my longest chain has been 7 days in a row, so I'm pretty happy about that. Today I didn't do anything professional, but yesterday I drafted a cover letter, revamped my website, sent out a call for nominations, and emailed several professional contacts, and sent my CV to a potential employer!

Well, I messed this up completely. At the beginning of my time block on Organization I installed some software udpates and one of them failed to install, but it left the original software where it wouldnt' run and I couldn't uninstall it. It took 3 hours to sort it all out, which I did manage to do. I now have the updated version installed successfully, but I am not happy and I blew my promise by falling into that.

I am now at {18 of 22 for September}.
