I come into this day at {18 of 22 for September}.
Promise:
#1 Fitness: My standard rowing routine, with 8 leg lifts afterwards.
#2 Get out: 45 minutes yard work. I am going to start preparing for reseeding the bare patches in the lawn.
#3 Organize: Get ODMJNI 0.59beta start-up material onto the web site, completing the definition of the progression to be followed. Keep my feed backlog at the current 73 or less.

ZTD habit 2: today was neither failure nor success, as I had no opportunity to "process" anything. I did add a few things to my calendar and start figuring out what and when to do stuff, so I'll give myself the credit.
Maing me: 5 for 5 (one bonus point)

Got up at 5:30 which is fine on a Sunday. Did the routine. I think I've just about got a habit made. I'm ready to figure out what I want to work on next month. :D

I've been tracking my September Challenge on Steve Pavlina's forum, but I like how this one has a daily check-in.
Unlike my July Challenge, I've actually been keeping this one.
1. Take fish oil: I've been keeping this one almost perfectly.
2. Overcome depression: This has been going well as I have been in counseling and have been listening very closely to my self-talk and realizing the horrible things it's been telling me.
3. Meet new people: Well, kind of. A little bit here and there.
4. Read the Odyssey: I kept this one, of course.
5. Go for a strenuous jog every day: I've missed more days than I've kept, but I just went backpacking and definitely got a runner's high a few times.
6. Go out and enjoy life: I've been doing this pretty well.

#1 and #2 are complete. This is working great.
#3 is claimed complete. I did great on ODJNI, my best work in the past weeks. I must do the same tomorrow. My blog feed reading started at 73 bounced to 163 and was pruned back to 91. That's a lot in backlog and I have to see how to start bringing the to-review backlog down every day without sacrificing time on ODMJNI. I must get ahead and on top of ODMJNI first. I'm claiming success here because it has the priorities straightened out.
I'm now at {19 of 23 for September}.

Had some OK progress on my project today; logged 3 hours and finished the
setup of my updated / semi-automated financial system. Seems like I'm only
good for 2-3 "burst days" a week right now:( So I will extend my project a
few more days in order to give it a proper finish. Tomorrow will be a light
progress day at best, as I have a client meeting and a few hours at a
conference planned. Tuesday I should be able to hit it hard again.
I'm {19:23} going into Monday, Sept 24.
