Eliminate mindless eating in the evening and at bedtime.

I'm doing the same thing, Steve ... what helps for me is drinking water, and not staying up too late past dinner (or your blood-sugar level will be low and you'll have strong cravings). If you eat dinner too long before bedtime, plan a healthy snack a couple hours after dinner -- fruits or veggies.

Nice one Steve, I'll save that for another month as it will definitely pay dividends on the waistline figures...
I am getting up at 6.00am everyday this month - which I figure is easy compared to many challenges I am reading about on the forum.
Good luck and I hope you lose/control your weight loss better and feel better overall.
Mark.
