Hi, everyone
First of all, thanks to you, Leo, for the motivational idea. I've been looking for something like that for a while.
So now I get up at 6:00 and run every monday-friday mornings except weekends. But in fact I'd like to include weekends and to make such ACTIVITY for 30 days without any pauses =)
Also this october challenge gives me the chance to practice my English every day... And it's the second mini-goal -)

Ok... It's my first day.
Today I have resumed my habit to wake up at 6:00 and running after 3 days of omitting it.
I have had the same feeling as my previous first time (2 weeks ago) of sleeping 15 more minutes (which would convert to hour as it occured last 3 days:-) )
BTW, in Moscow winter and colds has come. It was snow morning... mmm... Rather beautiful 8)

Just about hour and a half I got up, ran for a mile and do some exercises...
Feeling body pumping with adrenaline-)
(also because of little sleep : At the beginning I can't fall asleep until midnight :=)
As I know that's the common practice for people who would like to become early-risers...)

Yeah... I have overslept this day after the great soccer game Russia - England. Guess who won? =) You are right! RUSSIA 2:1 =) The bright VICTORY...
But the reason of oversleeping was the comfortable location of my alarm clock, I took it with my hand and simply switched off-))

On the track again! 6:00 and whole mile-)
One idea has crossed my mind. It's much more easier and exhilarating to run with some music... As for me 30 seconds to Mars is the best bit in the morning.

Yay! First weekend day and I found motivation to get up at 6:00 AM and to keep myself fit...
BTW, today I will participate in debate tournament at university.

26 Oct. - 6:00am (all these days I have got up with alarm clock which i have put far away from my bed 8) )
27 Oct. - 6:00am + 30 min. tried to sleep but could not -)))
And today I understood that it's important to distribute your strengths correctly in order to achieve your goals in perfect and
inspired way!
So I have decided to run one morning and to make exercises another.
Just to alternate these activities...
