Put in contact lenses every day: Wearing them right now.
No alcohol (started 20th of Oct): No alcohol (no surprise since I'm not going out tonight). ;)

I'm failing the challenge, definitely. For the fiftieth day in a row, I slept in (couldn't get up, just too tired and hurt too much). Forgot to pray.

Out of bed on time, and was further awakened by the wood chopping going on outside my window. Blasted college maintenance.

I have not been doing well due to headaches. I've missed the last three days. I'm hoping to get back to exercising tomorrow. I'm 15/22.

I came into this day at {12 of 21 for October}.

I hadn't created a promise for today, and about 9 this morning I found that I needed to do a complete "annual backup" of my system. So I did that. 15 DVDs and 11 hours later, it was completed. Meanwhild, I could only provide lackluster productivity using a machine that did not have most of the materials that I am working on using my main development system.

I don't expect to accomplish the visibility part of my promise, and I am now a little burnt out.

So, no score.

I am now at {12 of 22 for October}.

Spent 2 hrs on my project today, and now have a good baseline
marketing plan in place for my consulting practice. I'm 22:22
going into Tuesday.

Orcmid, that 11-hour DVD backup sounds like a royal pain! I
guess they are better than a Disk-to-Disk backup though:)
I saw an article this morning about building your own 2.5 Terabyte
(500GB x 5 drives) backup server for $340; ~$1,000 if you
populate it with drives. RAID and all! I don't know how
much you like to solder, though:

I haven't posted in a few days, but I've stayed on track, just barely.

Worked out on Friday, moved high intensity interval training to Sunday, but that works just as well.

Monday I moved from doing two circuits of weight lifting to three. That was a challenge, but I put on Regina Spektor and made it through. (Some songs work much better than others.)
