Back on track today...got up early for once at around 6 and got through my whole morning routine.

35 min. 20 - B, E, A, D G ? scales in 3rds; 15 - CB solo. Worked out a pretty difficult phrase. Broke it down into small pieces and figured it out. Good lesson for how to build a phrase when improvising.

I've gotten back on track. I practiced yoga yesterday and walked today. There are times when having clinical depression really sucks, and this is one of those times. I hope my doctor and I get the headaches under control soon. I am 17/24.

I read for one hour. 40 min, ate supper, then 20. When I get sleepy reading, I have been checking the time, getting up and doing something else, and then sitting back down for the remaining time.

I did awesome! I woke up at 7:30. The night before my parents were telling me that they were upset because I seem so careless lately. Yeah, I guess they don't understand that I am trying.. well, kind of. I woke up early.. did yoga, got to watch the sunrise and I was pretty happy. :)

I came into today at {13 of 23 for October}

Promise: #3/4 Productivity/Visibility, 2 hours with visible public results (web pages, blog, etc.)

I completed 3/4.

I ended this day at {14 of 24 for October}
