Happy St. Crispain's Day!

I'm gearing up for November's challenge, walking daily and writing daily for NaNoWriMo, by getting in the habit of daily check-ins now. I also set up a joesgoals.com account to help me track my progress.

How's it goin' for you?

Failed to wake up on time, but remembered to pray. I've just about established the praying habit, so at least I had some success this month. I think the waking up at a set time has too many issues surrounding it (my lack of a job, very strange body, etc.).

I should probably resurrect my old Joe's Goals and prepare it for November. Then again, I mostly use this forum to track my successes and failures at the monthly challenges.

I've only climbed the stairs at work once this week. I've been a little overwhelmed with all I've had to do at work and now have to move at home so there's a bit more stress and a bit more leaning toward "letting go". But I'm going to work out after work today with my daughter. I've also slacked in the organization dept. But I just got myself to a stopping point at work and am about to get myself back on that horse now. Getting as organized as I have been and healthy to boot has allowed me to give in a bit here and not lose too much. I think I've got this move planned well and my daughter's birthday (also coming up - and 16!) But I think I need to wrestle this all back under control now or I will start slipping and losing what I've garnered.

Didn't get up until about 15 minutes after 8 - I've just been so tired the last few days. Perhaps because of the ash and stuff from the California fires or something.

I figure I'll try and hit the hay at around 11 tonight rather than 12, to get an extra hour to sleep to refresh myself.

Ouch, I've completely failed the October challenge. Still, I'm checking in today -- the first time in over a week -- to say that I did not post any items for sale. Tomorrow though, I'm back in the habit. Even if this month ends up being something of a failure, I'll see to it that I at least cross the finish line ;)

though i was going to have a perfect month... then, client work overwhelmed me today.
so nothing, nada, zip, zeero today. i think it was due to the california fires, really.
oh wait, those are 550 miles to the south, no ashes here:)

No alcohol (started 20th of Oct): done. We had a small class reunion yesterday, it was a nice evening.
