Woke up late (possibly because I stayed up until midnight last night), got up late, forgot to pray. Fail/fail

I don't think I've posted since last Monday, so here's a recap:
Tuesday: No exercise scheduled
Wednesday: Skipped it (First missed this month)
Thursday: Jogged on treadmill for ~25 minutes
Friday: Grueling, horrible workout. Waited until almost 11pm to start. Terrible idea, but I did it.
Saturday: postponed to Sunday due to travel
Sunday: 30 minutes on treadmill, alternating between low and high-intensity
So that brings my totals to... [14/15 = 93%]

I didn't read this weekend at all. Other things came up that were important, but I also wasted time that I could have used to read (and do T'ai Chi Chih which I also did not do).
Today's post by Leo on How to Stick to Your Goals was just what I needed: http://zenhabits.net/2007/10/how-to-stick-to-your-goals-when-life-disrupts-em/
This morning I was doing my exercise and thinking of all the changes of habit I've made since July! Skipping a couple days of reading is not that big of a deal in the light of all that change for the good that I've made. :D

I've been partying Friday and Saturday, so I ate something at a later time.
