Paid a number of bills and cleaned out my in-box this morning.

I'm so happy about this habit.
Until now 29/30 - I just miss one day 'cause I was sick.
Now, November 2nd will be hollyday in Brazil, so I expect to publish on flickr my doodles for this month.

But, I think in November I will choose the terrible one: exercise everyday!
... and I don't think its going to be so nice as this one.

Put in contact lenses every day: Done. I was busy the last two days and couldn't afford getting tired because of the lenses (don't ask me why they have that effect on me, I don't know). Don't worry.

I consider this month a success. I had one day where I failed to meet my goal so 29 for 30 so far. I think I have this habit pretty well kicked. I just need to think of a new goal for November now.

I practiced yoga today. So I am 21/30.

Oh, I've really fallen off the wagon the last few days...up late and haven't even gone through my morning routine or even remembered to post here. Alas. This has been a tough challenge for me but I did get back on track this morning and I'm planning to continue in November until I get it! Hope you're all having better luck than I am!

I wasn't sure I could do it but, almost without fail I am up early (4:30am). There is no doubt in my mind that ZEN HABITS helped create my new Habit. Thanks Leo and thanks to evryone else who shared their pass and fail as we went along.

crap. missed it. had a work event last night and got home too late to practice. First night I completely missed this month.
