today i woke up at 5:30am (to fit in extra time to write an essay that i procrastinated writing :?) but i feel good so far.

oh & i am 3/3 so far, yesterday & the day before i was up at 8:30.

I haven't been posting regularly, mostly because insomnia interferes with getting 8 hours sleep and it's hard to measure how many days I've succeeded at my challenge! So, I'm going to drop the day count and just report in.

Last night I didn't get enough sleep because I stayed up a little late due to one volunteer activity and had to get up early to finish something for another activity.

I didn't sleep well last night and let myself sleep late. No time for morning exercise, but I went for a long walk after lunch. Not as brisk as usual, but I'm feeling tired. At least I did it!

Take vitamins every morning before breakfast or lunch: Didn't have any meals today.
Write 2000 words a day for NaNoWriMo: Predictably, I'm too nauseous to write now. I'm going to grab a bite to eat and go to bed.

8/13 - though it was late when I did so, I cut my normal schedule in half because of my ribs (which are killing me for some random reason).

I didn't go to the gym (but it's normal, I never go on Tuesdays), but I've walked for more than 40 minutes. :P (2/2)

I spent 30 minutes cleaning up the house and tidying rooms. :) (1/2)

i've bummed a few off my friends when i've been drinking but i havent bought a pack since halloween which is really awesome for me because ive been smoking a pack a day, sometimes more for the last 2 years. word! back to surfing!

I did exercise today, but I am continuously failing from reading 60 pages. So I will slowly increase no. of pages and will start actual reading habit from dec. So this nov only one habit(excercise) 2/2
