Hi all,
I've been out of town dealing iwth family stuff so I'm getting a late start this month - and I've been totally off track while I was away. But today I'm back, finally!, and back on track. Got up before my 6:30 wake up time and got through my entire morning exercise routine. Hope you're all having better luck than I am this month!

I made it today, Actualy eating too much/junk food in the night makes vomiting feeling in next morning while doing exercise. So I have to form habit of eating less/good food at night. So mine is 3/3

not such a good day but i really am getting better at delegating! i feel better but i know there is a lot of solid work to do each day to make myself more efficient. setting aside time is essential and i need to so tomorrow for sure.

Success/success!

Take vitamins every morning before breakfast or lunch: I was sick as a dog this morning from a day of inadvertent fasting yesterday, but a friend convinced me to choke down my vitamins. I'm so proud.
Write 2000 words a day for NaNoWriMo: I actually only wrote 650 words or so, but I'm at a total of 26,500, so I'm ahead.

It's almost midnight, but I'm too busy reading creepypasta alone in the dark to write or go to bed. I keep hearing sounds in the shadows of my room.

Cut down on sweets (cheat day is Saturday): Today is my birthday, so I say welcome to a piece of birthday cake from time to time!

I did quite a bit of work on my project today, but didn't get those two
sentences written! (there are several other aspects to it). But no
cheating - so this day was a "0" re: the challenge. 2:3.

Managed to clean up my desk after letting things get cluttered again. Now have two folders on desk, along with Macbook. Very nice.

Also took some time out and wrote out a bunch of stuff I had to do into my Cahier. I'm just looking for a good "processor" now.

Not completed. No visible result. I took work with me to a meeting and then went off purpose. Next time I won't do that.
