Success/success!

Take vitamins every morning before breakfast or lunch: Almost forgot, but remembered at the last minute.
Write 2000 words a day for NaNoWriMo: Not only did I write over 2000 words in this novel, but also wrote close to 4000 words of new scenery in my first novel (which I'm currently revising). Current total for each: The Golden Sands has 184,375, while The Neon Days has 31,120.

Done 5/5, I heard this from one of my friend, 'Is it true, people who goes to gym or who does exercise daily, will feel very energtic and wish to get chance to beat somebody (i.e that energy is tempting to do some aggresive, ...)'

Guys is true?

did work on my project today, but other aspects again - didn't get those two
sentences written. So 3:5, plan to do some "make-up time" this weekend.

If you want, you can read about my motivation for the challenge.

Cut down on alcohol (drink if at all on special occasions): Fail. Was out with two friends, had some beers.
Cut down on sweets (cheat day is Saturday): Pass.

Complete. Putting in the time is not difficult, it is getting something into public view while I have good energy that I stumble on. When I do the post early, it works better. I also get a charge out of it.

I end this day at {13 of 16 for November}.

My birthday. I was traveling all day. Scheduled and kept an appointment to meet up with a treasured friend, but no morning routine, and no expectations for productivity. Very nice!

I don't think that is true.

It is true that you will likely have more energy after going to the gym, but that doesn't necessarily translate into aggression. I actually usually feel very calm and revitalized after working out.
