I wasn't feeling my best,. but I started my 30-minute brisk walk, which turned out to be more of a slow meander. I felt weary and woozy, so I decided it was no benefit, so I returned home after only 10 minutes. Still, I got out there and made the attempt, so it counts.

Completed. I am beginning to fret about deliverables I'm working on and the interruptions of the coming Thanksgiving Day holiday week.

Cut down on alcohol (drink if at all on special occasions): Fail. Saturday I had my birthday party with friends - had a glass of champagne, a peach spritzer (I don't know if anybody of you heard of this before) and a beer.
Cut down on sweets (cheat day is Saturday): Pass.
