Got up around 5:30 over the weekend. Did my exercise on Saturday. I don't do it on Sundays. It is going well.
I am also doing the hour of reading each day (October) and the T'ai Chi Chih (August). The Morning routine that I began in September is being expanded on this month with getting up early. So, so far, it seems that I am keeping the habits developed in earlier months. :D

Success/success!
Take vitamins every morning before breakfast or lunch: Didn't have breakfast this morning, but remembered later.
Write 2000 words a day for NaNoWriMo: Wrote 1750 words, and since I'm way ahead (and wrote another thousand in my other novel), I'm calling it a night. Current total: 35,000 (5000 ahead).

Cut down on alcohol (drink if at all on special occasions): Fail. It was all about my birthday this weekend. Sunday was the big day for family - so anoter two glasses of champagne. It's nothing tragic, I just want to record it. Now my birthday week is over and things go on as normal.
Cut down on sweets (cheat day is Saturday): Fail. A last piece of birthday cake. See above.
