So I haven't done ANYTHING for the past 5 days (I did... a little... but not as much as I wanted to). So I worked out for twice as long today, not so much to make up for the last few days but because I could, I wanted to, and the fact that there is no one in the dorms right now is awesome (I'm not going home for thanksgiving, so thats why I'm still there).

I should be able to finish this month off on the correct foot if all goes well.

Edit: Actually, I just remembered I walked about 3 miles yesterday (to our shopping center and back). Just because that was quite a walk (About an 45 minutes worth) I'll count it as exercising. 14/21

I did make a list and do several things I had to do. The day was taken up by chores - I was only able to do one thing for my long term goal. I managed to swim.

I hope to make further plans and progress with ZTD planning over this Thanksgiving.

Write 2000 words a day for NaNoWriMo: Only 800 words.

If you want, you can read about my motivation for the challenge.

Cut down on alcohol (drink if at all on special occasions): Fail. I had a glass of punch with a friend from university. The combination of cold and accepted custom of drinking punch in the winter time isn't good for my challenge.
Cut down on sweets (cheat day is Saturday): Pass.
