Success/fail!

Take vitamins every morning before breakfast or lunch: Done.
Write 2000 words a day for NaNoWriMo: We stayed late in town, and now I'm dog-tired. No writing tonight.

i have not been checking in but i have been keeping up with my goals for the most part- i think
one of my reasons to keep checking in is that i forget when i don't write things down
one goal i have not kept up with is writing down my food-it keeps me mindful and thinking what i actually want to eat rather than stuffing my mouth. i have been eating much better but when not writing down my food it gets sloppy.
other goals i have kept up with are"
Walk 5 miles a day (monday thru friday)
Don't eat past 8 pm
Make at least one phone call
