I'm happy to say that I've started making up for the three days off this weekend. Today I went to the fitness center to do my regular strength and flexibility workout. Then I walked ~ 2 miles. Feeling good.

My November challenge is to do Minimal ZTD every day.
I did well during the Holidays, but today I have had difficulty. I spent a lot time on web looking at the news.
I will do the Minimal ZTD today, late, but I will do it.

Success/success!
Take vitamins every morning before breakfast or lunch: Done.
Write 2000 words a day for NaNoWriMo: I got so much writing done! I estimate that I wrote 2500-3000 words, and all in a chapter I'd been dreading for its lameness. Turns out it was one of the most thrilling passages yet!
When I felt my brain slowing down, I'd take a break and play FreeRice. I love a game I can learn from, and even more, I love a game that helps a good cause.

Haven't checked in for over a week. Yikes! I did get a few things done over the past few days, but I didn't plan them out at all. So, even though some tasks got checked off, it didn't feel like it since I had no task list- if that makes sense.
Anyway, did my writing tasks for Monday (11/26)- finish revisions to a story.

Getting back into the morning routine after being out of town. Worked on all of my milestones, and completed two out of three MITs.
