It's been going very well with getting up earlier and doing the exercise. I haven't reported in for a long while, but today is the first day I actually did not get up on time. I turned the alarm off and went back to sleep for a half hour. I then omitted my exercise.

I am finding it hard to focus on the MIT. Too many chores, errands, driving kids. I am going to try to focus on the MIT today.

Take vitamins every morning before breakfast or lunch: Done.

Since I finished the NaNoWriMo goal yesterday, I won't be reporting any more word counts, but I think I'll try and keep up a somewhat-regular habit of writing from now on (maybe 500 words a day?).

The first day of my plan failed...I still need more will power to start early
Today I woke up by 8:45 in the morning, didnt do any exercise ...So still I'm useless

Let me try tomorrow

Can someone suggest me workouts for 1 hour
-indoor , just stretching and ground exercises..
I'm planing to get a 'Hollywood body' by doing those exercises
in 2 months :D
