I just finished this semester of grad school classes. I feel like I can get my life back. I rejoined my health club 2 weeks ago and have not been there yet. I want to start going in the morning before work. It seems like I am sitting on this computer instead of getting ready to go. I want to start today or tomorrow.

It's pretty late to get into the December Challenge, but you can start preparing to use this as your January Challenge. I'd start posting in the daily check-in threads ASAP, and then formally announce the goal on January 1.
A habit takes (I think) 21 days to establish, so if you start now, there aren't enough days left in December to establish it. However, if you start now towards your January Challenge, you'll have an extra-half month to establish it!
