Just checking in to say that im still on track, its getting easier by the day I think, drinking a lot less coffee and more water.
But since the challenge is at work only and im going on holiday from friday im wondering if I should get a challenge for the holiday, so I might check in with on for that later. Hope you all is doing good.

Was a bit hard at the beginning of the morning, but then I got into a project and it wasn't too bad. Also got my clothes put up before leaving for work, but was a bit late to work as a result.

Yesterday was okay. I let a few things attach themselves to my "to do" list that I wish I had just done right away. Other than that, doing alright. M

Missed....Hit the snooze button and slept till' 6:15. GOt to work o.k.. Tomorrow is gym day so should be easier to get up. The off days are still harder.

I got my 30 mins in this morning, but the last two weeks I've only gotten in 3 runs. it is a bit fristrating to miss it by one twice in a row.

Yeah, my first day back after months. I really wanted to go back to sleep instead of going out in the cold and slepping all my stuff. However, I made it to a yoga class and it felt great.

Hi all,
Barely squeezed it in today but I did get some sun salutations done and a few paragraphs of writing so I'm on track. So that's ok for the frantic holiday season, I guess.

I had a bit more to collect today as I kept thinking of things to pack for my trip to visit my parents. Although, I must say, having a system in place means I know I won't forget anything :)

Cut down on alcohol (drink if at all on special occasions) (continued report from November): Fail. A good friend invited me to celebrate his birthday, hat a beer with him.
Cut down on sweets (cheat day is Saturday) (continued report from November): Pass.
Keep a personal diary to learn more about yourself and improve the self-awareness. I don't need to write every day, but will write at least once a week, if nothing bothers me during the week: ---
