Today was dicey--looked at the weather forecast at 8:25, which sort of counts as surfing, but it doesn't exactly take very long.
Got the clothes picked up, though.

Success today - but only because I scaled back my expectations and allowed for a very minimal yoga and writing practice from now through the end of the holidays. Between work and family stuff it's just too crazy otherwise. But I'm hopeful that by doing just a little every day I'll have successfully established the habit for the New Year.

Well I got there again yesterday. That makes two days in a row. Yeah-
I did not go today. I think that I need to make a set number of days per week as a goal and not expect to go every single day.
I think that 4 days per week would be realistic.
Yesterday I did a step class and it kicked butt!

Ughh, a rough week. Didn't make it a couple of times, and barely made it a couple of times. Ditto tonight probably.
