Cut down on alcohol (drink if at all on special occasions) (continued report from November): Fail. My cousine had house warming party, so I didn't decline a glass or two.
Cut down on sweets (cheat day is Saturday) (continued report from November): Fail. The same goes for some of her self-made cookies. If I remember allright, this was my first fail here this month.
Keep a personal diary to learn more about yourself and improve the self-awareness. I don't need to write every day, but will write at least once a week, if nothing bothers me during the week: ---
