Very, very tough going this morning and I didn't get much actual work done, though I took care of some administrivia. Didn't sleep well last night and am not really feeling terribly mentally alert, plus I actually had some urgent internet business to conduct, but I did dutifully put it off until 8:30.

Cut down on alcohol (drink if at all on special occasions) (continued report from November): Pass.
Cut down on sweets (cheat day is Saturday) (continued report from November): Pass.
Keep a personal diary to learn more about yourself and improve the self-awareness. I don't need to write every day, but will write at least once a week, if nothing bothers me during the week: Wrote about some things in my diary.
