Done for all the days where I've had expenses - obviously over Christmas things have been rather different than the average month. Starting to feel like I've got into the habit now though. :)

I kind of cheated today in that I looked up the weather for a town where someone I know was being buried at the time, because I wanted to know what it was like then, but that only took a couple minutes so I think I'll give myself credit anyway.

Hi all,
I hope you're all enjoying the holidays. I haven't posted in a week because I was traveling to see family - and I must confess that my writing and yoga practice completely fell apart while I was away. Oh, well.
But today I'm back and back on track - I did both yoga and some writing.
Hope you're doing better than I've been doing as we head into the home stretch!

Cut down on sweets (cheat day is Saturday) (continued report from November): Pass.
Keep a personal diary to learn more about yourself and improve the self-awareness. I don't need to write every day, but will write at least once a week, if nothing bothers me during the week:
