If you want to reflect the December challenge, you just found the right thread!
(btw: do you say "review of the challenge" or "review for the challenge"? Sorry, my English isn't that good :))
So, this is my summary for December 2007:
Cut down on alcohol (drink if at all on special occasions) (continued report from November):
December is kind of a tough month as there are many parties. I reduced the amount I drank (most evenings it was one glass of beer, sparkling wine, whatever). Nonetheless it is "shocking" that there were 8 evenings I drank alcohol. It clearly is part of the social get-together. (Remember, I never drink alone or at home.)
I want to reduce this further, so I continue my report in January.
Cut down on sweets (cheat day is Saturday) (continued report from November):
This went really well. I used my four cheat days and failed only once although Christmas season is sweets season. I don't think I need to continue reporting here.
Keep a personal diary to learn more about yourself and improve the self-awareness. I don't need to write every day, but will write at least once a week, if nothing bothers me during the week:
I really loved writing the personal diary and definitely will continue this. I wrote more often than once a week (whenever I felt like it) and helped clear out my mind with this. You can learn really much about yourself this way! Improving self-awareness and self-confidence is my January challenge and this will be a part of it.

Failed utterly, because my laptop's harddrive died on the 19th. I'm back now (on a new computer), have yet to recover the files from the other drive, and have given up on the December Challenge. Better luck in the new year...

My challenge was 30 minutes meditation, 6 days a week.
Including my skip days, I did 21/29. I am pretty excited for what I accomplished! Thanks Leo for your work & thanks Zen Habitationers for being so encouraging! Have a great '08!
