I am 14 (will be 15 on February 1st) and I am about to start my first job at Publix. I want to put at least half of all my paychecks into some kind of savings account. What is the best thing I could invest that money into? Also, I want to know if there are any banks that would give me a debit card.

At your age I would say go for something simple like a high-interesting savings account, such as offered by EmigrantDirect or ING Direct. These will generally offer a 4-5% annual percentage rate. www.bankrate.com will give you the names of those banks with the best rate according to whatever criteria you specify.
You can specify that 50% of your check be deposited right into these--you will need to know your bank's routing number and your account number to do so. The routing number is usually found on the account's FAQ page. You can also probably open one jointly with a parent.
