Good start to the day Nx :)

Well our Telkom and Eskom behaved yesterday so I could actually use my PC online during my planning session. Sat down and went over lists, no changes but still good to review.

Meditated last night. The reminder note on my pillow helped me to remember again! 13/17.

Yesterday wasn't a great day. Too many distractions.

I've been tracking my progress on the simple task of "capturing" everything I need to do in my system here in January. I've been doing pretty good but I think it's time to spend a little more time doing things. I know one of my biggest problems at work is motivation and that is why I really need to get to ZTD habit 10. But in the mean time I still need to feed the family.

Jogged this morning. Knees were a little achy, so didn't push too hard. This makes 4x this week already. I have another jog scheduled for Saturday, which I'd like to take because I'm actually starting to enjoy it (!), but I also feel a little rundown, so it's nice to have the option to skip.

Processed inbox for the day in no time flat - yay!

Due to a deadline at work though, my daily todo list keeps growing and sliding from day to day making me feel more reactive. I'm note sure there is any way around this, but maybe keeping on top of things for the next 2 week scrum milestone will help there.

I'm sick again today, but that's no excuse not to complete the simple goal I set for myself. So, the cat and ferret litterboxes are clean, and I'm going back to bed. msn_sick

Go me, FTW! Another successful day so far!

Edit: Went to dinner and gave in and grabbed some soda. However, I took one sip and it just didn't taste right to me so I didn't finish it. I'll count today as a good day since one sip really didn't count for having a soda.

It was strange how gross it tasted. Hm.

Hello all,
I haven't posted in a while here in part because regular mealtimes means I have to get off the computer, stop working and go make dinner at a reasonable hour (this is a good thing). I've been running a 50-50 record for the last few days but I'm on track for today and feeling pretty good about it. I've finished an important project that had just dragged on forever thanks to those three MIT's - and it's such a relief to have that off my plate!
Hope you're all doing well.

Slept poorly and had a disjointed day. Did work on gaining control of my camera. Did not do anything with the book.

Jogged today. It was so cold I almost turned back but I was halfway by that time anyway. I feel good.

1:30 bed - whoo hoo.
No walk again. I'm in an I-really-don't-care mood. Plus, I've been feeling sick-ish. And today was freezing.
