I again woke up before the alarm clock. And now it seems like sun is coming out. So I will sit down in my rocker and try to catch this half an hour when the sun rays fall into my room.
Hope writing leads me to more focused tasks, so I can jump into real work, before entering a new period of getting lost in my mind and lacking of productivity.
But everything will be good!

I got a session in last night before heading off to bed. The work tasks didn't change, but I did get some productive thinking in on them, and added some phone and web tasks. I got through AA web and phone tasks at lunch which was great :D

Had to meet friends for an early dinner, so did a short workout. The workout didn't really work out my body, but I'm glad I didn't miss the goal at the very least.

Meditated last night; the reminder card on my pillow helped again. Yay! 14/18

I stopped at McD to buy breakfast for someone else and did not get anything for myself. I packed cereal from home and ate it. I feel so liberated! Thanks to everyone who posts in this thread. I read it everyday and find it encouraging.

At what point do you give up? :) I got up at 6:30 - last possible moment.

That's still a win, IMHO. Or it could mean you need to tweak the goal instead of giving up entirely.

Two down. One turned out to be more complex than expected. Another carryover.

:) I'm beginning to get it! Didn't have to rush around to find anything this morning. I was thinking that I wouldn't have to do this for 3 days because I'm not working. Hmmm? I wonder?

Not only is my habit of capturing everything I need to do working out well, i noticed today that it's automatically helping me to become an e-mail ninja!

Writing goal was met/ exceeded. Another chapter down... ideas for the next one jotted down. Some research done on Native Americans of North Dakota and soil/ geological data mined. (This was not on my list but ended up there somehow.) Located a book, Spotted Pride, about Appaloosa horse history and purchased it... I hope it is more valuable than John R. Swanton's book, Indian Tribes of No. Am., has been. (It's a very comprehensive text, but covers more regions than I need/ want without giving me the full array of details I need... All I'm interested in --for the time being-- is N.D. Indians.)

No photography today.
