Meditated last night, 19/23.

Once again, got past the initial laziness/reluctance to sit. Getting past this hurdle is becoming easier and easier.

Still seem to be on a roll with capturing and e-mail-ninja-dom. Thinking about starting Feburary habit building a little early.

After almost a month of staying present with my life, standing, sitting, sleeping, while accepting my situation I made a GIGANTANORMOUS discovery.

It's [color=blue:64915f4d3f]nonattachment[/color:64915f4d3f]. That simple, but as much complicated.

Loss, loss, loss, loss, so much loss helped me to realize that nothing is permanent.

Nothing lasts forever. Everything goes away at some point in time. I learned I can't fight this, I must accept that this is the reality of this life.

At the same time I can and will love deeply. I will walk into the future with this new little reality "birth" Mothering it as it grows into an adult deeply ingrained reality.

Finally finished processing. Due to all day meetings, it took longer than usual - but then again a lot of other stuff got stuffed into it as I went along.

New tires dutifully recorded (shudder). No other spending today.

Love to all,

Maybe next month I'll make it through all the way!

Combine getting ill/majorly stressed out with a sprinkle of exhaustion, and you get me. Not going to the gym 4x per week.

I think I bit off too big a chunk with this new part time job. There honestly aren't enough hours in the day. I know everyone says they are too busy - but I really am. I really, honestly am. I'm scheduled from 5:30am to 9:30 pm every weekday. That gives me barely enough time to even pack food for the day, let alone make it to gym to work out. Today I overslept for the first time in ages.

Okay, another post of excuses. I know.

I'm going to have to back down on something. Maybe work one less weeknight a week, to at least give me time to do my laundry.

On the positive side, I've ate a huge amount of good healthy food and cut down hardcore on junk. I have taken the stairs at work almost everyday (6 floors - some days in heels it's just a little too daunting! =D). I'm going in the RIGHT direction. And that's what counts, isn't it?

Writing continues: Pt. 2 Ch. 3.
Photo tip: Shoot with open aperture. Will experiment this sometime this week.

First day back after a 4-day weekend. Arrived at 9:15. Sigh--I don't seem to be making this a priority.

The posts seem to have thinned out - only one page for this day. Where'd everyone go?

1. (7/17) 0 MITs completed
2. (9/17) too much time online to even track
3. (17/17) Collected incoming stuff in notebook or inboxes

I'm going to refocus today and see if I can keep from completely dumping #1 and #2. The main reason #3 is going well is that it's fairly easy now and I can immediately see a positive impact.

For the next 30 days, I will do something each day related to career development.
At the end of the 30 day period, my objective is to be closer to my ideal career than I am now.

Missed today
