Grrrr. Missed 2 runs before work in a row - today I was away so that's ok but yesterday the bed was just far to comfortable for me!

C'mon Siver, bed and sleeping late are overrated :)
Had a really good planning session yesterday, with a bit of filing again and even finished it off with two of Leo's articles =D

Ran yesterday after work, so I'm 3 for 3 for this week. Haven't missed a run yet.

Arrived at 9:30.
Even though this Challenge has basically been a bust for me, I'm still checking in here for some reason. I still hold hope that I'm going to master this, even though I've devoted maybe 3 Challenges to it. During the first Challenge I did it, I did pretty well and felt wonderful about my early arrival time.
This week (a short one):
Wed 9:15
Thurs 9:20
Fri 9:30

Few questions to try and help.............
Are you required to arrive at a certain time?
Does the late arrival affect the quality or your work or the rest of the day in general?
What are the things that interfere with you getting to work on time?
Maybe eliminating one of the stumbling blocks first could help. Or maybe this goal isn't a real necestiy right now, so there is no real incentive to complete it. These are just my thoughts, but I hope they can be useful to you.
BTW- I ate cearal for breakfast this morning. I think McDonald's will see a marked downtourn in their profits this quarter!

Bathroom is clean. I got sick and had to spend a couple days in bed, which meant that I didn't practice. I think I had a pretty good excuse, though, so I'm gonna go ahead and say I'm still on track.

Yesterday in particular I scheduled to walk in the middle of the work day, and I actually went out and did it instead of answering e-mail. And I'm down two pounds for the week. Time to focus on another week of the same.

Still doing great on capturing and e-mail ninja training. I still have a bit of difficulty with batch/errand types of reminders. Thinking about using pingme.com.

I've been MIA for a while but things are going well.
Minus a day or two where exercise was not on the agenda because I was stressed about moving (though packing and cleaning must count for something), I've been on top of the 10 minutes (or more) a day, so I'm going to call it 23/25.
Not having reliable internet access the last week or so has helped me break away from it a little bit, though now that I have it back I'm as obsessed as ever and have a TON to catch up on. Maybe my goal, instead of being "only check twice a day," should have been simply this, which is much more specific, and really the thing I want to change: When working, don't check personal email, and only check work email if waiting for an answer on something. In which case, I'm much closer to hitting the mark, but I'm not even sure how to calculate my rate of success. I'll just say I'm working on it and leave it at that!
Hope everyone's doing well! I'm already thinking about my challenge for February...

Tired. Nothing moved forward today.
Sigh.

Oops. I'm sure I'll be able to reconstruct what I spent yesterday, but I certainly didn't record it as it happened. No particular excuse other than laziness.

1. (9/19) 10-12 MITs completed
2. (9/19) at least 5 hours
3. (19/19) Collected incoming stuff in notebook or inboxes
Yesterday was productive. I crossed about 25 things off my list. Now it's not as scary so maybe I can get into a 3 MITs a day groove.
