Had a short workout today. Couldn't do all my sets since I had go out with friends in the evening. Still feels good to have completed it.

Good luck to everyone who's working on their goals today! :)

slept till midday. Felt bad and had lots of negative thoughts.
haven't started writing the thesis or creating graphics.
Did a lot of reading but tend to loose myself in the research.
Facing it it is more that the researching is more an excuse to not start.
I slowly getting worried to not getting my final project done.

Well, tomorrow will be a better day.

12/13 - Another day without Soda! Also told my parents about the goal, though they didn't take me seriously :?

Starting to think about next month's goal too... I think I'll add some sort of exercise.

I've been having a rough patch:
The week before this, I got sick and had almost no appetite, so I only ate tiny bits when I could. Plus I had to juggle my diet with taking meds.
Then, to make matters worse, I injured myself, leaving my left hand immovable for days. I felt really bad.
These were obstacles/emergencies that I haven't thought of how to manage when I was first setting my challenge.

However, I occasionally still managed to go through with my January challenge and I also regularly kept track of how I'm doing.
So now it's 13 out of 27 for me.

Yesterday I started my hike and discovered that I had never felt so tired while exercising--ever. I got my 1/2 hour mountain hike done, but it took me close to 45 minutes to cover the normal terrain and I was seriously wondering if I was going to be able to get home again. Today's hike started off better but ended the same--total and absurd exhaustion. I got another 45-minute walk, but it was hard-won. I wonder what is up and when I'll be able to exercise normally again? I *will* hang on to this habit!

For the next 30 days, I will do something each day related to career development.
At the end of the 30 day period, my objective is to be closer to my ideal career than I am now.

Decided I would focus on developing my resume in advance to represent what I will accomplish during the year
