Woohoo, finished the last workout of the month!!! That is 3 workouts per week without a miss, this entire month! I don't believe I've ever been this regular at anything in my life before! My heartfelt thanks to all you folks who've been sharing your Jan-challenge progress here! You've been the encouragement :)

The month is almost ending, just today and tomorrow left! So, do not think, just go do that task you've challenged yourself to complete! :D

I think I'm going to need a couple more days on this one, given the multiple illnesses I'm going to add it to my February habit!

Got up at 7 am, but lazed around until 8. :)

Heh, same thing here. I've enjoyed checking in with this forum, as it's helped me stay on track.

Meditated last night, although the sit was interrupted halfway through. 25/30.

On to February, and stronger positive habits!

Ran yesterday. Just have to do tomorrow and I'm good for the month, though I still have three weeks left in the training program (and then I have to work on convincing myself to keep doing this).

WAHOO!
I'm doing great on my Jan. habits and have maintained my Dec. habit as well. :P
The only problem I'm dealing with now is that I have about 10 things I want to work on for next month, but I know I have to choose...

Gah, I accidentally posted today's update on the thread for yesterday. No biggie, but I'm not going to repost it here :)

haven't posted for a view days now.
Was slightly down and blue during the weekend. And partied too hard on sunday.
Anyway, I started at the second half of january anyway.
So I will be more strict on the fbruary challenge.

I got up before ten today, so that's not bad.
I try to hold up just that habit for february. Then the rest will be fine.
Oh, and of course positive thinking.

I've had no trouble keeping my email inboxes empty and the mail answered. Hopefully I can keep this habit after this month ends. :-)

Went off to work without the lunch I had packed the night before. :(

16/17 - if I can hold out tomorrow, it'll be a good month (since I started late).

Hm... now, about next month's goal...

Finished first draft/revision of Pt.2 Ch.3!
Worked on photographs. I appear to be making progress and have had some success with manipulating White Balance, though I don't have enough skill yet to have it do what I want it to do WHEN I want it to do something. That'll come.

Yay, everyone! I am very proud of us for all of the hard work and determination I see here.

I have a feeling that February will be harder for me, since it's going to be something social, but I thought this one would be impossible, so who knows?

Take care, all, and take it easy,

MfC
