Ran this morning. Looking at my schedule for the day, the only time I could get a run in was first thing. Woke up and it was raining. Went anyway. Fortunately, the rain was mostly over with.

Done.

Congratulations to everyone who's still checking in here at the end of the month!

And many thanks to everyone who contributed, and especially to Leo for setting this up. This is a wonderful device. I'm definitely signing up for February.

Yay! Last day of the month - I made it, and only fell off the horse on a couple of weekends!

I think for feburary I am going to integrate an incremental review into my daily process to zero process. I'm also going to try to eliminate the 'fiddle factor' and process only once a day.

Only missed two days exercising this month and those were days I was sick. Still not really the amount of exercise I was envisioning so meh. Cap_03

Since I signed on to the Zen Habits, I've written Part 1's last chapter, and three more chapters after that... I realized too that it took me several days to figure out where in the world I'd left off, as I quit writing last March-- 10 months ago!~
With regard to the camera, I've learned about White Balance and started experimenting with aperture settings. Today's images were the best with regard to capturing red horses against white snow, so there's progress there.

Must pick up the pace though.

Did it again! I'm so proud. Now I'll just have to process the information, and keep it up going forward. And of course do a February Challenge!

Love to all,

Well, I started strong but had some difficulty at the end of the month- a sick toddler had my sleep patterns disrupted. I ended up 22/31.

Feb. goal - floss twice a day and keep up January goal

Well, the bathroom has been spotless all month! I think my roommate may have a heart attack.
I didn't rehearse last night...which helped me realize that I need a more structured plan for practicing my choreographies. Which will be part of my February habits!

27/31 for the month.

Read some good books and kept my stress level down. Hope to keep it going.
