I'm somewhat getting back to the rhythm after the vacation. Was too lazy to run in the morning, but did the evening workout. Got to get back to the running too. Wednesday will test that :)

Going well. In fact, I am having a blast, feeling better about my accomplishments than I have in a long time. That is having a lot of positive spill-over.

I did let myself get pulled off of one of my MITs today to do a project with my husband, that was more HIS thing. It did need to be done, anyway, and would have made it to the top of my list eventually, so I am telling myself not to stress about it.

Ok - I did my exercises today but I almost didn't intentionally. I am just feeling low energy and my neck is hurting. But I sucked it up and did them anyway. Now I have a heat pack on my neck and I am happy to...be going snowboarding tomorrow. Yay!
