Missed a few days of updating, but other than yesterday morning (I slept in until 5:30), I've been getting up at 4am every single day. In fact, yesterday is the first day I've missed so far this month.

Yesterday I got caught up in a project and didn't get any writing done. Also, I was much busier at work than usual. I'm trying to make it up today, because I'm less busy today, but another project has reared its head. Hmm. Should have gotten my 10 minutes done first thing! Live and learn.

Did my push-ups, 13/18 for the month.

Gave myself off without penalty yesterday because my body was telling me it needed a break. Its not that the daily pushups were wearing me out, but in the past couple weeks I've had tendonitis in my knee, a severely sprained ankle, and very little sleep. Luckily, my hockey season just ended over the past weekend so my body can start healing itself.

1) I did my back exercises so that is done.
2) I took the day off and went snowboarding today and it was magnificent! Yay! Snowboarding makes me so happy. It is like flying...
